Executive Coach
Diane Crecelius, PT, is an Executive Coach with Let’s Talk Private Practice and co-founder of Peds-A-Palooza Community & Conferences. Drawing on her experience building and selling ABC Pediatric Therapy—a multi-location practice that grew to more than 3,000 weekly visits and over 200 staff—Diane helps pediatric private practice owners build stronger, more sustainable businesses and create lasting success for their teams, families and the kiddos they serve.
Bob DiBerardo
Chief Operating Officer and Senior Practice Analyst
Bob DiBerardo is a certified management professional with decades of experience helping pediatric private practice owners and other healthcare providers improve management and performance. He’s conducted more than 1,000 practice analyses, leads all LTPP Practice Assessments and oversees operations. Bob has also authored management training courses and brings extensive experience in business education, coaching and hands-on practice improvement.
Javier Guerrero
Business Strategist
Javier has worked full-time in business coaching and management since 2002. A certified Business Strategist, he brings thousands of hours of experience in training, coaching, supervision and hands-on implementation, with extensive experience helping pediatric private practice owners and other healthcare providers strengthen their organizations and improve performance.
Vanessa Guerrero
Trainer
Vanessa Guerrero brings decades of experience in business coaching, training, sales, management and finance, with a strong focus on pediatric private practices. She’s trained owners and key staff at more than 100 pediatric clinics in management, referral development, finance, reimbursement strategies, leadership and critical thinking. Her background also includes executive training, business planning, sales instruction, entrepreneurship and CFO-level management.
Gwendoline Snyers
Events & Marketing Director
Gwendoline Snyers brings a strong background in marketing, communications, event planning and operations to Let’s Talk Private Practice. She’s worked in pediatric healthcare since 2020, helping plan and produce conferences, webinars and community events for pediatric private practice owners. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communication and professional event experience dating back to 2012, Gwen also brings a creative eye to LTPP’s branding, graphics and overall client experience.
MaryClaire Hart
Resource Specialist
MaryClaire Hart has four years of experience in the practice management industry, with a focus on healthcare and pediatric private practices. Prior to that, she provided resources and support to clients across a range of industries. She’s highly trained in communication and customer service, bringing a thoughtful, responsive approach to supporting clients.

Assistant
Arriane Bay-Ed is an experienced assistant with more than eight years in administrative support and four years in medical billing. She has worked in the pediatric healthcare sector since 2023 and is known for being organized, dependable and ready to help wherever needed.
