What to Expect

No Stuffy Consulting. Just Real Support That Works.

Anyone who knows our founder Nancy Mura and her dedicated team knows she’d never embark on creating a stodgy, consulting company with a bunch of suits around a conference table often making you feel inadequate.

So, when you reach out to Let’s Talk Private Practice (LTPP) expect to have some fun, for starters, and then expect to be heard. We won’t then hand you a fish and wish you luck. Instead, we’ll teach you how to fish so you have enough to keep your practice strong, steady, and thriving.

Our Process Starts With You

Nancy built Let’s Talk around something she learned in her fourteen years as a realtor: people don’t care how much you know unless they know how much you care.

That’s why our process starts with you.

You get to talk about what’s going on in your practice, what feels off, what feels hard, what you’re trying to figure out, and where you want things to go. We listen, ask the right questions, and take in the full picture so we can understand what you actually need.

We’ll never make you feel like what you’re doing is all wrong. We’ll never talk down to you, either. We don’t tolerate people who do that to us and we won’t do it to you. We respect the heck out of anyone who has the courage and passion to open their own practice. That’s why we build on your strengths instead and shore up areas that need support.

Then We Take a Deeper Dive

Next, we put together a write-up for our senior practice analyst, who then meets with you for a more in-depth conversation. With years of experience, the senior practice analyst can identify important details and opportunities that may not be immediately obvious. If it makes sense, we’ll then take a more comprehensive look at your practice so our support can be even more specific and tailored.

This is not a cookie-cutter process. It’s thoughtful, personal, and built around helping you get where you want to go.
